We go through many trials
each passing day
But I know You're there
to show us the way
For Your way
is the only way for me
And by following
Your footprints,
one day in heaven I will be
I love You, Jesus,
for You are my life
And without You
there would be
so much strife
As we journey
down each and every road,
I know You'll be there
to carry the load
When I lay down my head
to sleep
I know You are my Shepherd
and I am your sheep
Some people say
You're not real
and call You names
But I know You are
and You will never change
I can't thank You enough
for being in my heart
And I know from You
I will never part
And now I say
of the One
Who gave me life -
The Man
Who died on the cross,
His name is Jesus Christ!

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
(John 14:6)
~~~
Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."
(Matthew 11:28-30)
~~~
I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.
(John 10:14)
~~~
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
(Hebrews 13:8)
~~~
For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(Romans 8:38-39)
~~~
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(Romans 6:23)
~~~
Therefore, as through one man's (Adam) offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man's (Jesus) righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man's obedience many will be made righteous.
(Romans 5:18-19)
